- Sessions cannot always be extended.
- Arrivals more than 30 minutes late without notice may be treated as a no-show.

 

4.Equipment & Clothing
Fishing often feels colder than expected — the act of sitting or standing by water typically lowers body temperature.
Please dress appropriately (warm layers, waterproofs, suitable footwear).
Refunds will not be issued for sessions shortened due to unsuitable clothing.

 

5. Instructor Illness or Emergencies

If we must cancel:
- Full refund or free rescheduling offered

 

6. Gift Vouchers

- Same cancellation rules apply
- Non-refundable but can be rescheduled within validity

 

7. Refund Method

Refunds are processed via your original payment method (Stripe, Square, myPOS).
Allow 5–10 business days for processing.

 

8. Client-Requested Changes

Changes within 24 hours of activity may incur a £20 admin fee.

 

9. Health & Safety Cancellations

If a client becomes unwell or unable to safely participate:
- The session may be stopped or altered
- No refund once the session has started
- Partial rescheduling may be offered at our discretion
